DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard delivery

We collaborate with PostNL to have orders delivered. We despatch orders every Monday. The cost of shipping within the Netherlands is 6.75 Euros. For customers from countries other than the Netherlands the shipping costs depend on the country and on the size of the order in accordance with our logistic partner’s PostNL rates.

PostNL does its outmost to have orders delivered the next day. If you are not home that day PostNL tries again the next day. Unfortunately we cannot control this part and this is why we cannot be responsible for any late delivery.

You can find the estimated delivery date and track your order in Orders Sections on your account after the order is placed.

RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned within 14 days of the despatch date. All labels must still be on the items and the items must be in perfect condition. Worn, washed or badly treated items cannot be returned. Please, use the return label you find in the package together with your order, stick it on your return and send it to our PO Box Address:

Once we receive your return you will get a confirmation of it on your email and a full refund will be paid to your original payment method within 10 working days.

2. WHAT DO WE USE YOUR DATA FOR

We use your data for personalisation of your account on the website, further development of the website and to arrange delivery of your purchase.

We only share your details with our logistics partner PostNL to have your ordered goods delivered to you.

4. NEWSLETTER

When you feel in your data to sign for receiving our newsletter we also collect the data on the type of device you use for that and the access date.

5. WHEN WILL MY DATA BE DELETED

According to the Commercial Code (WvK) and the Tax Act we are required to store your information up to 10 years. After that we can permanently delete your data.

6. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

All the personal data that you submit is securely encrypted with us. We use the encryption system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for that.

3. THE OFFER AND THE AGREEMENT

3.1 When you buy a garment through klothberg.nl website you enter into an agreement with Klothberg I.O.F. The agreement starts right after the payment has been completed and you received a confirmation of your purchase on the email address you specified.

3.2 An agreement resulted from an offer that contains an obvious mistake(e.g unusually low price etc.) is not considered binding by Klothberg I.O.F.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 The price displayed on the website at the time of ordering is the total price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

4.2 You can pay for your order using one of thepayment options

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Klothberg I.O.F does out outmost to process and have your orders delivered as quickly as possible. Please, read Delivery

5.2 All orders are delivered to the shipping address specified by you via PostNL.

5.3 If you need to have your order delivered outside the EU you can possibly be charged the import tax. Klothberg I.O.F has no influence on this charge and therefore cannot inform you about it. You must check this information before placing an order on klothberg.nl.

5.4 Your ownership of the products ordered on klothberg.nl starts at the moment of you getting a receipt of full payments from Klothberg I.O.F.

5.5 Klothberg I.O.F is responsible of the correct and complete dispatch of the items you ordered. In the unlikely event of you receiving an incomplete or damaged order, please, contact us within 7 days of your receipt.

6.QUALITY

6.1 Klothberg I.O.F does its almost to display garments on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the product there can be a slight difference between how the products looks on the website and how it looks in actuality when its delivered to you (e.g. color difference).

6.2 Products offered on the website are by nature subject to wear and tear. Our products are designed from the aesthetic point of view as opposed to the optimal durability and practicality. This is why It is highly recommended to observe and follow all the washing instructions to preserve the initial appearance of the garments.

7.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 You have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order.You can exercise this right by returning all the ordered goods back to Klothberg I.O.F. Read more about how to carry outReturns

7.2 All the costs in regard to return shipment are covered by you.

7.3 If items you return are damaged, washed or labels have been removed the return will not be accepted and the payment will not be refunded.

8. CHANGES OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If Klothberg I.O.F decides to alter these Terms and Conditions there will be no notice on it on the website.This is why it is highly recommended to regularly check whether the Terms and Conditions have changed.

Changes will not apply to orders placed before the date of change.

9. USE OF PHOTOS FROM THE WEBSITE

9.1 Klothberg I.O.F allows to use photos of the garments from the website for your own purpose.

9.2 Klothberg I.O.F DOES NOT allow using campaign photos of the models wearing the garments from the website without proper referencing of the initial source.
