These are the general sales conditions of Klothberg Klothberg I.O.F carried out through klothberg.nl ( “website”, “Klothberg website”)

These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of the parties that apply to the order of goods via the Klothberg website. It is therefore important that you take the time to read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

3. THE OFFER AND THE AGREEMENT

3.1 When you buy a garment through klothberg.nl website you enter into an agreement with Klothberg I.O.F. The agreement starts right after the payment has been completed and you received a confirmation of your purchase on the email address you specified.

3.2 An agreement resulted from an offer that contains an obvious mistake(e.g unusually low price etc.) is not considered binding by Klothberg I.O.F.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1 The price displayed on the website at the time of ordering is the total price of the item, excluding shipping costs.

4.2 You can pay for your order using one of thepayment options

5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Klothberg I.O.F does out outmost to process and have your orders delivered as quickly as possible. Please, read Delivery

5.2 All orders are delivered to the shipping address specified by you via PostNL.

5.3 If you need to have your order delivered outside the EU you can possibly be charged the import tax. Klothberg I.O.F has no influence on this charge and therefore cannot inform you about it. You must check this information before placing an order on klothberg.nl.

5.4 Your ownership of the products ordered on klothberg.nl starts at the moment of you getting a receipt of full payments from Klothberg I.O.F.

5.5 Klothberg I.O.F is responsible of the correct and complete dispatch of the items you ordered. In the unlikely event of you receiving an incomplete or damaged order, please, contact us within 7 days of your receipt.

6.QUALITY

6.1 Klothberg I.O.F does its almost to display garments on the website as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of the product there can be a slight difference between how the products looks on the website and how it looks in actuality when its delivered to you (e.g. color difference).

6.2 Products offered on the website are by nature subject to wear and tear. Our products are designed from the aesthetic point of view as opposed to the optimal durability and practicality. This is why It is highly recommended to observe and follow all the washing instructions to preserve the initial appearance of the garments.

7.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 You have the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order.You can exercise this right by returning all the ordered goods back to Klothberg I.O.F. Read more about how to carry outReturns

7.2 All the costs in regard to return shipment are covered by you.

7.3 If items you return are damaged, washed or labels have been removed the return will not be accepted and the payment will not be refunded.

8. CHANGES OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If Klothberg I.O.F decides to alter these Terms and Conditions there will be no notice on it on the website.This is why it is highly recommended to regularly check whether the Terms and Conditions have changed.

Changes will not apply to orders placed before the date of change.

9. USE OF PHOTOS FROM THE WEBSITE

9.1 Klothberg I.O.F allows to use photos of the garments from the website for your own purpose.

9.2 Klothberg I.O.F DOES NOT allow using campaign photos of the models wearing the garments from the website without proper referencing of the initial source.
